**Definition:** Breast cancer without histological evidence of regional lymph node involvement, and positive morphologic findings for isolated tumor cells (ITCs) using any morphologic technique (including hematoxylin-eosin and/or immunohistochemistry), and no ITC cluster greater than 0.2 mm.
