Angiomyofibroblastoma

**Definition:** A benign myofibroblastic neoplasm, usually arising in the pelviperineal region. It is characterized by the presence of neoplastic spindle to round cells, dilated thin walled vessels, and stromal edema. Most patients present with painless circumscribed masses.
