Low Grade Myofibroblastic Sarcoma

**Definition:** A low-grade malignant neoplasm arising from the soft tissue and rarely bone. It is characterized by the presence of spindle-shaped myofibroblasts and collagenous stroma formation in a storiform growth pattern. Metastasis is very rare.
