**Definition:** A radiologic finding indicating the presence of abnormalities in the breast parenchyma identified in a mammogram performed for screening or diagnostic purposes. These abnormalities include calcifications, breast tissue distortion, presence of areas of density, and presence of benign or malignant tumors.
