Doberman Pinscher

**Definition:** A muscular and very powerful dog. Its hard, short-haired, close-fitting coat may be black, black and tan, blue-grey, red, or fawn and white. The hair is short, thick, and tight to its body. The ears are usually cropped and then taped for a couple of months to make them stand up. If left natural the ears develop somewhat like a hound. The average height range is 24-28 inches and the average weight range is 66-88 pounds.
