**Definition:** A hound that was created in the nineteenth century by M.G. Hublot, who cross-bred the Ceris, Montaimboeuf, and Larrye (now all extinct). The coat is short, smooth, and harsh to the touch and may be white or off-white with orange or lemon spots. The average height range is 23-28 inches and the average weight range is 52-70 pounds.
