**Definition:** A rare malignant adipose tissue neoplasm that arises from the mucosal and submucosal layers of the lower esophagus and is characterized by the presence of multivacuolated lipoblasts with hyperchromatic nuclei, a solid growth pattern, and a rich vascular network.
