Gallbladder Sarcomatoid Carcinoma

**Definition:** A rare aggressive carcinoma that arises from the gallbladder. It is characterized by the presence of poorly differentiated pleomorphic carcinoma cells admixed with malignant spindle-shaped cells that express epithelial immunohistochemical markers.
