AV Block Second Degree by ECG Finding

**Definition:** An electrocardiographic finding of intermittent failure of atrial electrical impulse conduction to the ventricles. This is manifest on the ECG by regular P waves which intermittently are not followed by QRS complexes. (CDISC)
