Cisplatin/Irinotecan Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen consisting of irinotecan and cisplatin that can be used for the treatment of extensive-stage (non-) small cell lung, esophageal and esophagogastric junction, gastric, ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancers, well-differentiated grade 3 neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), and extrapulmonary poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoma, large or small cell carcinoma and mixed neuroendocrine-non-neuroendocrine neoplasm.
