CODOX-M Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen consisting of cyclophosphamide, vincristine, doxorubicin and high-dose methotrexate used to treat aggressive forms of non-Hodgkin lymphoma; also used as primary treatment of AIDS-related and low-risk Burkitt's lymphoma. Intrathecal cytarabine and methotrexate are included in this regimen as either prophylaxis or treatment of central nervous system (CNS) disease.
