HyperCVAD Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen consisting of cyclophosphamide, vincristine, doxorubicin and dexamethasone, administered on a hyperfractionated schedule that is used to treat adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) or Burkitt-type ALL and adult small non-cleaved cell (Burkitt) lymphoma, AIDS-related B-cell lymphomas, blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and T-cell lymphomas.
