R-CVP Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen consisting of cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednisone (CVP) and rituximab that may be used in the treatment of some forms of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), including follicular lymphoma, extranodal marginal zone lymphoma of the stomach and nongastric sites, nodal marginal zone lymphoma (NMZL) and splenic marginal zone lymphoma (SMZL), Castleman disease and post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorders.
