**Definition:** A regimen consisting of cyclophosphamide and topotecan that may be used for the treatment of nonpleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma and certain bone cancers, including Ewing sarcoma, osteosarcoma, mesenchymal chondrosarcoma, dedifferentiated chondrosarcoma, high-grade undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma (UPS) of the bone, and childhood Ewing's sarcoma.
