**Definition:** A regimen consisting of vincristine, doxorubicin, etoposide alternating with cyclophosphamide and etoposide, administered with radiation therapy and used for the treatment of clear cell sarcoma of the kidney (CCSK) and for diffuse, anaplastic Wilm's tumor.
