Rosette-Forming Glioneuronal Tumor of the Fourth Ventricle

**Definition:** A central nervous system neoplasm arising from the fourth ventricle. It is characterized by the presence of neurocytes forming pseudorosettes and astrocytes which contain Rosenthal fibers. Cytologic atypia is minimal.
