Ovarian Sertoli Cell Tumor

**Semantic type:** Neoplastic Process

**Definition:** A rare, typically benign ovarian neoplasm composed of Sertoli cells. Patients may present with pseudoprecocity, menometrorrhagia, amenorrhea, hirsutism, and hoarseness. Rarely it may invade the ovarian stroma and extend beyond the ovary.
