Spindle Cell/Pleomorphic Lipoma

**Definition:** A benign lipomatous neoplasm characterized by the presence of an admixture of mature adipose tissue and bland spindle cells. The pleomorphic variant contains in addition multinucleated giant cells. It usually arises in the neck and upper trunk in older males.
