Primary Cutaneous Marginal Zone Lymphoproliferative Disorder

**Definition:** A B-cell lymphoproliferative disorder that arises from the skin. It was previously known as primary cutaneous marginal zone lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue. Two subtypes are recognized: heavy chain class-switched primary cutaneous marginal zone lymphoproliferative disorder and IgM-positive primary cutaneous marginal zone lymphoproliferative disorder. The majority of cases are class-switched and predominantly IgG-positive.
