Monomorphic B-Cell Post-Transplant Lymphoproliferative Disorder

**Definition:** A clonal B-cell lymphoproliferative disorder arising as a result of post-transplant immunosuppression therapy. It is characterized by destructive infiltration of lymph nodes and extranodal sites by a monotonous population of transformed B-lymphocytes or plasma cells. The clonal cellular infiltrates fulfill the criteria for a diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, Burkitt lymphoma, or a plasma cell neoplasm.
