Monomorphic T/NK-Cell Post-Transplant Lymphoproliferative Disorder

**Definition:** A clonal T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder arising as a result of post-transplant immunosuppression therapy. It is characterized by destructive infiltration of lymph nodes and extranodal sites by a monotonous population of transformed T-lymphocytes/NK-cells. The clonal cellular infiltrates fulfill the criteria for any of the T-cell or natural killer cell lymphomas.
