**Definition:** An aggressive follicular helper T-cell lymphoma affecting lymph nodes and other sites. It is characterized by a polymorphous infiltrate and prominent proliferation of high endothelial venules and follicular dendritic cells. It is associated with EBV infection and affects mainly older adults.
