Solitary Plasmacytoma of Bone

**Definition:** A localized malignant neoplasm that arises in the bone. It is composed of clonal (malignant) plasma cells forming a tumor mass. The most commonly affected bones are the vertebrae, ribs, skull, pelvis, and femur.
