**Definition:** A preparation of sterile, distilled, nonpyrogenic water that can, among other applications, be used for sterile irrigation, with potential antineoplastic activity. Upon intravesical irrigation with sterile distilled water, the water could kill bladder cancer cells through osmotic lysis.
