Myeloid/Lymphoid Neoplasms with PDGFRB Rearrangement

**Definition:** Myeloid and rarely lymphoid neoplasms characterized by the rearrangement of the PDGFRB gene, most often resulting in the formation of ETV6-PDGFRB fusion transcripts. Patients usually present with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia and less often with atypical chronic myeloid leukemia, or chronic eosinophilic leukemia.
