**Definition:** Stage III includes: (T2a, T2b, N0, M0, G3); (Any T, N1, M0, Any G). T2a: Superficial tumor more than 5 cm in greatest dimension. T2b: Deep tumor more than 5 cm in greatest dimension. N0: No regional lymph node metastasis. N1: Regional lymph node metastasis. M0: No distant metastasis. G3: Grade 3. There is no T2a for the pathologic group. (AJCC 7th ed.)
