Varibaculum cambriense

**Definition:** A species of anaerobic, Gram positive, diptheroid bacteria assigned to the phylum Actinobacteria. This species is catalase, lecithinase, lipase, and gelatinase negative. V. cambriense has been isolated from human abscesses.
