Bladder Cancer Pathologic TNM Finding v7

**Definition:** A pathologic finding about one or more characteristics of bladder cancer, following the rules of the TNM AJCC v7 classification system. Pathologic staging is based on the histologic review of the radical or partial cystectomy specimen. Microscopic examination and confirmation of extent of disease are required.
