Adrenal Cancer Pathologic TNM Finding v7

**Definition:** A pathologic finding about one or more characteristics of adrenal cancer, following the rules of the TNM AJCC v7 classification system. Resection of the primary tumor and examination for lymph node involvement and extent of disease (including vascular invasion) should be performed. Tumor size and weight should be recorded accurately in every case. Histologic examination and confirmation of extent of disease are required. Disease free and overall survival rates appear to correlate strongly with stage of adrenal cortical carcinoma. (from AJCC 7th Ed.)
