**Definition:** Stage III includes: III (T3, N0, M0); IIIA (T3a, N0, M0); IIIB (T1, N1, M0), (T2, N1, M0), (T3a, N1, M0), (T3b, Any N, M0). T3: Tumor extends to pelvic wall and/or involves lower third of vagina, and/or causes hydronephrosis or non-functioning kidney. T3a: Tumor involves lower third of vagina, no extension to pelvic wall. T3b: Tumor extends to pelvic wall and/or causes hydronephrosis or non functioning kidney. N1: Regional lymph node metastasis. M0: No distant metastasis. (AJCC 6th and 7th eds.)
