Carney-Stratakis Syndrome

**Definition:** A rare, autosomal dominant inherited neoplastic syndrome caused by mutations in the genes that code the succinate dehydrogenase protein complex. It is charcaterized by the presence of gastrointestinal stromal tumors and paragangliomas.
