Foralumab

**Definition:** A monoclonal antibody directed against cluster of differentiation 3 (CD3) epsilon, with immunomodulatory activity. Foralumab binds to CD3 epsilon on T cells, preventing T cell activation and may also suppress immune responses. CD3 epsilon is a polypeptide that is part of the CD3-T cell receptor (TCR) complex.
