Representative examples include diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma, alpha heavy chain disease/immunoproliferative small intestinal disease, Burkitt lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, and mantle cell lymphoma.
