CVAD Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen consisting of cyclophosphamide, vincristine, doxorubicin, and dexamethasone that may be used in the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), Castleman disease, and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), and as induction treatment for plasma cell myeloma.
