Moderately Abnormal Ejection Fraction

**Definition:** Moderately less than normal amount of blood that is forced from the heart ventricle to produce cardiac output. Quantitatively, the ejection fraction is considered between 30% to 40%.

**Synonyms:** - MODERATE DYSFUNCTION - Moderately reduced (i.e., greater than or equal to 30% and less than 40%)
