PICALM/MLLT10 Fusion Gene

**Definition:** A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(10;11)(p13;q14) which fuses most of the coding region of the PICALM gene to the 3' portion of the MLLT10 gene. This rearrangement is associated with both lymphoid and myeloid leukemia.
