MLLT10/PICALM Fusion Gene

**Definition:** A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(10;11)(p13;q14) which fuses the 5' end of the MLLT10 gene to the extreme 3' end of the PICALM gene. This rearrangement is associated with both lymphoid and myeloid leukemia.
