Nursing Service Providers

The NUCC taxonomy code N designates nursing service providers, encompassing registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and other nursing professionals who deliver direct patient care in hospitals, clinics and community settings. These providers also coordinate care plans, administer medications and educate patients and families about health management.
