MANUFACTURE OF DAIRY PRODUCTS
This subclass covers mechanical aspects of dairy product manufacturing, e.g. apparatus for the mechanical treatment of milk or cream for making butter or cheese. This subclass does not cover chemical aspects of dairy product manufacturing, which include apparatus for chemical processes such as concentration, evaporation or drying, and which are covered by subclass A23C . In this subclass non-limiting references (in the sense of paragraph 39 of the Guide to the IPC) may still be displayed in the scheme.
