Sec 105 - Posting Notices

Section 105 of the Americans with Disabilities Act obligates public entities to post conspicuous notices that inform individuals of their rights under the ADA, describe the grievance procedures, and provide contact information for the enforcing agency. The notices must be displayed at each public facility and, where appropriate, on the entity's website.
