Title II - Public Services (State and Local Government)

Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act obligates state and local governments to give people with disabilities equal access to all public programs, services and activities. It bars discrimination and requires reasonable modifications, auxiliary aids and accessible facilities so that individuals can fully participate.
