Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR)
The Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) is a Basel III/IV metric that requires banks to maintain a stable funding profile in relation to the liquidity characteristics of their assets over a one-year horizon. It is calculated as the ratio of available stable funding to required stable funding, with a minimum target of 100 percent.
