Article 11bis - Right of Broadcasting

Article 11bis of the Berne Convention grants broadcasters an exclusive right to authorize or prohibit the public communication of their broadcasts, including rebroadcast, fixation and making the broadcast available to the public, for a term of fifty years from the first transmission. The provision applies to both analog and digital broadcasts of works protected under the Convention.
