Article 14 - Cinematographic Rights

Article 14 of the Berne Convention grants authors the right to control the making of cinematographic adaptations of their works, ensuring they receive appropriate remuneration and consent for such uses. It also obliges member states to protect these rights, extending the same moral and economic safeguards to cinematographic works as to the original creations.
