Article 2 - Protected Works

Article 2 of the Berne Convention defines the scope of protection, stating that literary, scientific and artistic creations-including books, musical compositions, paintings, sculptures, films, photographs and architectural designs-are covered regardless of the medium in which they are expressed, thereby granting them the same international copyright rights.
