Article 6bis - Moral Rights
Article 6bis of the Berne Convention establishes the moral rights of authors, granting them the right to claim authorship of their works and to object to any distortion, mutilation or other modification that would prejudice their honour or reputation. These rights are independent of economic rights, are inalienable, and last for the author's lifetime.
