Article 9 - Right of Reproduction

Article 9 of the Berne Convention grants authors an exclusive right to authorize the reproduction of their works in any form, including making copies or adaptations, while allowing limited exceptions for lawful uses. It obliges member states to protect against unauthorized reproduction and to uphold the author's moral rights.
