Sec 105 - National Contingency Plan and National Priorities List

Section 105 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act sets out the National Contingency Plan, the federal framework for responding to hazardous waste sites, and authorizes the National Priorities List, which ranks sites to determine cleanup priority.
