Sec 111 - Uses of the Superfund

Section 111 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act sets out the authorized uses of the Superfund, allowing the trust to finance cleanup of hazardous waste sites, conduct emergency response actions, and cover investigation, assessment and remedial costs as well as related administrative expenses.
