Sec 113 - Settlements and Contribution

Section 113 sets out the procedures for the federal government to settle CERCLA claims and to seek contribution from other responsible parties, specifying the use of consent orders, settlement agreements and cost-recovery actions, and detailing the approval, reporting and limitation requirements for such settlements.
